Paying for gas

It looks like I might have to start paying for gas again, I just received a phone call from someone asking for a list of metre details. Supposedly they sent someone out to get these details but they sent them to 137 fountain park road or somewhere else apart from St Leonard's. But it has all been sorted out now, they have all the information they need, its only taken them since September to fix it, and so I will think it is about a year since the last time I paid for gas.

Lets hope they don't decide I have 3 weeks to pay the whole year of in one go or worse, use direct debit to take it and put me in an un-arranged overdraft which the bank then charges me for.
