What is a TAR

We are currently about half way through the Cat Reformer turnaround (AKA TAR).

I was intending to write a detailed post about what a turnaround is, what happens during the turnaround and what it is like to work on one.

This would probably just end up turning into a giant moaning session so instead I will leave you with this video created by a project management and consulting firm.

What is a turnaround video

It was highly recommended by some of the other folk working on the turnaround although I am not sure the recommendation was fully attributed to the technical content.
