Today I somehow managed to find the time to do some home baking. One of the local baker shops sells Balmoral Pies, like scotch pies, but with chicken, creamy sauce and haggis in them. I was curious if I could recreate the pie for the members of my family who are dairy intolerant.
They have just come out the oven and look delicious. Not sure if I will have one tonight or wait to have it for lunch tomorrow.Go Top
