Buying Time

As yesterday was Thanksgiving in America, and my family are American, I thought I would treat them to a roast.

Before heading out to the shops, I looked up a couple of recipes and added any ingredients that we were missing to the shopping list using an Amazon Alexa. One of the recipes I was making was rosemary and thyme roasted vegetables, and I noticed that I needed thyme. It wasn't until I said the phrase out loud that I noticed how silly it sounded:

Alexa - Add time to the shopping list.

Luckily Alexa understood what I ment, but it would still be nice if time could be bought so easily.
