An Advantage of Early Risers

On of the advantages of having young kids is that they don't understand the concept of sleeping in on a Sunday. They get up early regardless of the day of the week.

Normally this is a cause of frustration, but today we made the most of it and got our Christmas week grocery shopping done while the shop was still quite. I am fairly sure the staff outnumbered customers while we were there.

Just think, if we didn't have kids, we would have probably slept through it.
