Life Without Two Wheels

I am attending an event at n Edinburgh tonight, a fair distance from the city centre. In the past when going to this venue, I would take a train, with my wife's Brompton, then cycle the rest of the way out.

Unfortunately my wife's Brompton is out of service just now awaiting a repair. So I am reduced to making use of public transport or a long walk. Annoyingly, I had forgotten about this and so forgot to factor in the extra journey time.

Serves me right, though it does give me an extra incentive to get the Brompton fixed.
